What we offer:
Graceland consists of three beautiful, old Glenwood houses and lovely cottages, offering clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, tasty, well-balanced and nutritious meals, social activities, and companionship. It is managed by professional nursing staff in loving and homely surroundings. Our home caters for assisted living, step down and frail care in single, sharing and private accommodation and we specialize in Alzheimers' and Dementia care.
